The discard pile is frozen to some workforce until eventually they lay down a meld, and is also frozen to Everybody if the best card is actually a Black A few or if there is a wild card anywhere from the pile.These cards rating points, but don't depend being a meld. If a Black Three is along with the discard pile, the pile turns into frozen. Black
